Families please be advised that IRSD will temporarily pause all new student registrations to support a smooth start to the school year. Please note the following dates:
New Student Registrations will CLOSE at 4:00 p.m. on September 1
New Student Registrations will REOPEN at 8:00 a.m. on September 10
Also, please note that the Transportation Department needs 48 hours to arrange bus transportation. Therefore, the student can begin bus transportation two (2) days after registration if the registration takes place on September 10 or after.
Phone calls with the following information will be sent to families as follows:
Transportation calls with pick-up and drop-off locations will be sent on August 20 and August 28
Class lists/team calls will be sent on August 28 and again on August 30
Parents are further reminded to contact their child's school with any changes to their address or other contact information.
Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, student report cards will be available electronically through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Paper report cards will only be provided if a student is in danger of failing or if a parent/guardian requests a printed copy.
If you have not yet created an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible to ensure you have access to your child's report card, attendance, grades and other important school information throughout the school year.
To request Parent Portal access, please email ic.support@irsd.k12.de.us When making the request, please include your full first and last name.
