Six Indian River School District students were honored at the Sussex County Science Fair on March 8 at the Biden Center in Lewes.
Students from Indian River High School, Sussex Central High School and Georgetown Middle School earned one first-place, two second-place, two third-place and four special awards at the fair. Winners were as follows:

Registration & School Enrollment
Parents can register their child by presenting a birth certificate, immunization record and Social Security number (if applicable) at the school the child will be attending. Parents are urged to register their children prior to the beginning of the school year.
In 2010, the district will host a series of special kindergarten registration sessions at each elementary school. The sessions will be held from April 26-29. Registration will be from 12-3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on April 26 and 27, and from 12-3 p.m. on April 28 and 29. Some schools handle registration by appointment only, so parents should contact the school before attempting to register their child.
